Character's Name: Rose Tyler
Character's Sex: Female
Character's Age: 23
Canon point: After the events of Partners in Crime
Abilities: Rose is pretty human unless one counts the time where she absorbed the heart of the TARDIS and didn't die. But that was only one time.
Background: Before Rose met the Doctor she was working as a shop assistant at Henrik's department store in Regent Street, London. She lived a fairly normal if not predictable life, until she met the Doctor and Henrik's was destroyed.
From that moment on Rose was thrown into a world aliens and travelling through time and space and along the way she discovered that travelling with the Doctor was anything but predictable as she was thrown into danger after danger on a regular basis. But she never shunned away from this new way of life, instead she thrived on it.
Soon the Doctor, Jack Harkness and Rose found themselves aboard a space station attacked by thousands of Daleks. Fearing for Rose life the Doctor tricked Rose into entering the TARDIS which he had rigged to send her back home to her mum. Refusing to just forget about her best friends who were fighting for their lives in the distant future, Rose convinced both Jackie and Mickey to help her open the heart of the TARDIS so she could talk it into taking her back to help them.
Looking into the heart of the TARDIS (the time vortex) resulted with Rose consuming the vortex energy, giving her control of the universe itself. She became Bad Wolf. She and the TARDIS returned to the Doctor, who was just about to be exterminated, and using her newfound powers she reduced the entire Dalek fleet into dust and brought Jack (who had been previously exterminated) back to life. However, no one should ever look into the time vortex, and so much power was killing her. Luckily the Doctor extracted the vortex energy with a kiss, sacrificing his ninth regeneration. Before Rose's very eyes he regenerated into the tenth Doctor.
Rose at first found it difficult to come to terms with the Doctor's transformation but when he saved her life (and the rest of the world) from the Sycorax, she was finally convinced that this strange-looking man was truly the Doctor.
The pair continued to travel through time and space, growing closer than ever before. Her attitude changed from an awe-struck passenger to an experienced time-traveller. However their fun and games came crashing down when they landed on the impossible planet where the Devil itself was trapped. It taunted Rose with promises that she would die in battle and though she managed to push those scary thoughts aside for some time. These promises soon become a reality when the pair stumbled across Torchwood.
The world soon found itself caught in the middle of a war against the Daleks and the Cybermen. The Doctor figured out a way to trap both sides in the Void between their world and a parallel world (Pete's world), but in doing so Jackie, Mickey and Rose were left stranded in the other universe.
Devastated, Rose tried to get on with her life but soon found herself having strange dreams where the Doctor would call to her. Following those dreams she found herself in Norway and a beach called Bad Wolf Bay. The Doctor managed to project an image of himself through the last crack between the two realities so they could share a tearful goodbye only it didn’t go as planned and the Doctor faded away before finishing his sentence.
Not one to give up, however, Rose pressed on with her work at Torchwood, getting them to work along with UNIT to build a device that could perhaps get her back to her proper universe called the Dimension Canon. It failed to work the first couple of times and then one day as the stars started to go out and the walls started to break down the device started to work sending Rose across various different universes in search of the Doctor. Still not being able to find him, she continued on in her quest, believing that she would reach him eventually. She ran into his current companion Donna Noble by mistake and soon learned that she was needed if the universe was going to be saved.
She met up with Donna several times in a parallel universe that was created around her. One in which she had never met the Doctor. She attempted to explain the gravity of the situation to the ginger haired woman and lead her back to the Doctor in the proper universe but not before leaving Donna with two words, "Bad Wolf" to tell him when she got back.
After several more attempts Rose finally made it back to her original universe only to find it under attack from the Daleks. Her reunion with the Doctor was cut short in part thanks to them as he was shot down before she could reach him but all was not lost as she reached him and he had a regeneration scare not really regenerating. After getting captured and boarding the Crucible, she met the clone version of the Doctor and some of the Doctor's other past companions. They stopped Davros and returned the stolen twenty seven planets. But instead of her staying in her proper universe as she had thought, the Doctor brought her back to Bad Wolf Bay instructing her that she had to stay there with his clone because he needed her influence, she was reluctant at first and demanded that he answer her as far as to what he was going to say on that very same beach so long ago. He didn't answer however causing her to ask the very same question to the other Doctor who whispered the answer in her ear. The answer caused her to kiss him even though he wasn't her original Doctor. Before she knew it, the Doctor had left with the TARDIS without giving her a chance to say goodbye to him.
Appearance:
http://images.wikia.com/tardis/images/8/8d/RoseStoleTheEarth.PNGPersonality: Rose has shown herself to be a quick-witted, inquisitive and compassionate young woman, who despite the strange events she was thrown into was quick to adapt to them. She fell easily into the role of the Doctor's latest companion and showed both determination and courage while facing various alien threats. She can tend to get very curious about things, which can sometimes lead her to run into trouble. Once curiosity has her, it's hard for her to break away from it. It is also obvious that she cares deeply about the Doctor, although she denies any infatuation with or romantic feelings towards him, despite indications to the contrary on several occasions. It is only when time is running out on her and she knows that she'll probably never ever see the Doctor again, is when she admits her true feelings towards the Doctor telling him that she loved him. She never did get a response back as he only managed to get her name out before he faded away.
She cares deeply for her family and friends. The loss of the Doctor and the great life that they led affects her for sometime, she tries not to let it get to her too much but it does in the end anyway. She remains focused with her work at Torchwood, defending the earth, finding new alien technology, while attempting to find some way back to her original world.
Rose is very bolshy and single minded when it comes to certain things. She's also very sad and lonely but she won't let on to it since her experiences in the parallel world have hardened her just a bit.
Strengths:
Physical: Rose’s strength as far as the physical goes lies in her running. She’s a pretty good runner given her experiences in the past with the Doctor and in the parallel world. Like when she first meets the Doctor in the cellar and then run from the Autons. Or when she was with the Tenth Doctor and they were chasing after a monster with a bucket in hopes of stopping it.
Mental: Her strength is in her compassion and understanding like when she first encountered a Dalek and tried to understand it while the Doctor rushed in armed. She was trying to reason with it and saw no need to really kill it. Or when she encountered Elton and found out about her mum. While she was angry at the time, she calmed down and listened to what he had to say feeling awful for him. She sympathized with him.
Emotional: She’s very determined when she sets her sights on a certain thing like getting back to her world. Despite the disappointments, she’s good at masking them behind a smile or changing the subject completely. Like when she encounters a certain ginger haired woman in another world and gets really bad news, she turns away and then focuses on a different subject.
Weaknesses:
Physical: Being human as she is Rose is very susceptible to just about anything that would harm a human. If you punch her she will bruise.
Mental: Her compassion can also be considered a weakness. She has a tendency to wander off a lot, especially when the Doctor tells her not to. When something sparks her interest she tends to follow it without really taking into consideration of others. Like when she took off with the Doctor and they got back a year later. She could’ve called her mum while she was away but didn’t since she was too wrapped up with exploring.
Emotional: Also, anything that might involve the Doctor could be a weakness. If there's a threat on his life, her rational thinking tends to go out the window, not really thinking of consequences that could result from her actions. Like when he sends her home the first time and she does whatever it takes to get back to him and save his life, despite it almost causing her to lose her own in the process.

Action/Journal Sample: Okay...
I'm sure there has to be some sort of explanation for this. I can't seem to contact anyone back at the office and my mobile phone's signal is down. Unless I'm still...Or...It couldn't be the-No, it couldn't be that. I mean this place isn't empty. Wherever this is...A forest? Well this is a first, I suppose. Usually it’s just-Some planet? Earth? Other Earth maybe?
It's sort of odd though since I'm pretty sure that I wasn't supposed to end up here. We tested that thing again and again. Though really I should have known with my luck that this would happen. I need get to back though cause this isn’t right.
So that said anyone care to help a lost soul out?
RP Sample: Countless of failures in the past should have deterred the blonde from continuing on with this mission. After all the Doctor had said the walls were closing for good on the worst day of her on that dreadful chilly windswept beach. But that had been some time ago and now she was back in Torchwood with Mickey and the team working on a way back. There was a device that they had been working almost endlessly on. A cannon. It had given her just a little bit of hope as it started to work. But with that had also come a warning.
Mickey worried about her, she knew, but despite the risks and danger, Rose was a stubborn one. She just had to get back and see him again even if it meant the universe would collapse on itself. It was a fear that the blonde would swallow down sometimes. But the need was too pressing ever since the stars slowly started to trickle out. If anyone could solve this it would be him.
She took the circular teleport disc out of her pocket as she stood in the center of the room, giving Mickey a look as he stood over the controls. It was easy to see the concern in his gaze but the blonde ignored it giving him a small smile instead. She hoped that this time it’d work and she’d be back home or where she thought was her proper home. The device started to tick and Rose slowly faded and then reappeared, slumping down against the cold concrete of a sidewalk.
The night was chilly on this other world which resembled her own she noted as slowly got to her feet and dusted herself off before continuing. She walked down an alleyway, arms crossed against her chest in an attempt to stay warm. It was a good thing that she had stuck to wearing the navy blue bomber jacket. But then she had noticed that about the weather on just about twenty of those other worlds as well. The stars were still up in the sky, which gave her some form of hope that maybe she wasn’t too late here, that maybe she’d finally find him. But that was really a one in one billion shot or even more than that.
Finding the sidewalk, she passed some people including a woman again with red hair. It was actually rather funny but she didn’t give it much thought since her mission was clearly on her mind. Find the trouble and then find the Doctor. It was simple enough of course, only this time unlike all those other times there didn’t seem to be any sign of trouble, just people milling about doing their nightly shopping.
She sighed and then shook her head. She couldn’t have just missed it. Maybe she was early?
