Week in Training ending 1 January 2012

I ran four days last week for a total of 8.4 miles.

A good start. All of these were basically 30 minute sessions. I'm building slowly to significantly longer sessions over the next couple months. On Friday through Sunday, I also walked outside with my wife with each walk ranging from 1.4 to 2.5 miles. Thursday saw some strength training for the USAF assessment.
