[Dean hears the splashing and shifts out from cover to stop dead and stare at the sea monster. Wow uh, he totally wasn't taught how to kill a Loch Ness Monster.

He raises the shotgun he has in hand from fighting off something else and fires at it's face. That's a rock salt round there, so it definitely won't be pleasant if it hits. But it should definitely get the things attention.]

[Well it doesn't hit his face- the rock salt hits the neck, and the serpent suddenly stops whatever the hell it had been doing. It's muzzle is scratched and bloodied from trying to dig under the hard lake bottom and it's dorsal fin is pretty much gone thanks to Grampszilla over there.

It's eyes are sharp, though, and they quickly lock on a man on the shore. And even an animal can know that the pain it felt had come from him. It rises, boasting.]
