Everytime I try to get out.... they just pull me back in!

I woke up yesterday ready to drive back to Lexington and enjoy a big swing usher shift but I was puking and felt pretty crappy so I had to call off and I stayed in Ashland and nursed myself back to health. I found out that my friend Lauren's Gatlinburg trip for her birthday got screwed up due to people dropping out and there is nothing more that I hate than people backing out of plans that they've made, so I decided to step up and take her to Gatlinburg for her birthday. Unfortunately, that means I had to get off on Saturday night in order to go, but my friends come first, so Ryan Humphreys was gracious enough to take my shift and allow me to go. Thanks Ryan! I really miss working, its been almost a week since I've worked! I miss everyone at the theater, so monday will be nice to finally come back and start up a normal working schedule. Thursday I'm going to see DMB for the 21st time and I'm quite excited about that, although this was the show that Ashley and I always intended to go to together. I still would gladly take her as friends and I know she'd have an amazing time, because these guys ROCK, but you know how it goes... Hopefully I can spot Benson and Melissa in the crowd and say hi to them while we're there. Their seats are close to mine I believe.

Some friends of mine previewed Charlie and the Chocolate Factory the other night at my theater in Ashland and every single one of them said it was a masterpiece and that it was better than the original! Thats quite a statement considering how awesome the original is! Now I'm more pumped than ever to see it and hopefully we can catch it while we're in gatlinburg.
