ohhh meatloaf i <3 youuuu
So, I just came back to university from my mom's house where I spent the holidays, and she always sends me back with food. She gave me a huge hunk of her amazing meatloaf, but NO mashed potatoes, which is sacrilege.
So because I have no potatoes in my empty apartment, I made some pasta and frozen peas, chopped up the meatloaf, put it on top of the pasta, and covered the whole thing with ketchup.
It looked like dog food and tasted AWESOME! No pictures because I ate it all really fast.
