~*~My First Meatloaf Cake~*~

Last night I've decided to make my first meatloaf cake. I sort of googled some recipes and winged it a bit. I think it turned out pretty alright for my first time making one.









I used:
2 pounds of ground beef
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 chopped medium sized cooking onion
1/2 cup of frozen mixed veggies
1 box of stuffing
2 eggs
8 cups of cooked instant mashed potoates
some ketchup
some herbs to taste
