I'm snowed in and just made homemade nachos, and it made me curious.

What do you guys put on your homemade nachos? Today it's just cheese and hot sauce for me, thanks to the snow.

cheese, hot sauce, salsa, black beans, jalapenos, sliced tomato, sometimes diced onion and bell pepper, sometimes rice

I usually use brown since I have it on hand, but white with butter is awesome too, haha. I've never tried spanish style on nachos.
