Horseradish kidney bean dip

As I was making this last night, I wasn't sure if it was trashy enough for this community, but then I figured that anything where relish was one of the main ingredients...

Horseradish Kidney Bean dip:

1 can of red kidney beans, drained
1/2 cup sour cream (I like to use reduced fat, but feel free to use full fat!)
1-2 cloves of minced garlic (you can use the jarred stuff!)
2-3 tbs prepared horseradish (also from a jar)
1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
1 squirt of mustard
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
salt & pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients together. For best taste, let it chill for a few hours so the flavors mix together.

I like to make up a batch of this, bring it to work and have it on Melba toasts for lunch. It's good on Ritz crackers too...The good thing about it is that even though it's pretty trashy, it's not that bad for you. It's got lots of fiber and if you use reduced fat or fat-free sour cream, you can't really tell because of all the other flavors...the horseradish really gives it a kick! Yum!
