Any suggestions on trashy things to do with Greek yoghurt? I have way more than I expected because I forgot that I already had a tub and bought another tub.

I suggest mixing with ketchup for quesadillas...or even hershey's chocolate syrup.

Wait, what? As a dip or a filling for quesadillas?

The ketchup yes....

Greek yoghurt can be used as a sub for sour cream, and I've loved ketchup and sour cream on quesadillas since I was a kid.

This does not clear it up for me at all. Is there cheese in addition to the ketchup and sour cream? I hear quesadilla, I picture cheese + tortilla and additions from there and I can't picture how ketchup factors into that equation at all. Doesn't the sour cream get runny? Is it a condiment for on top?

I use it in place of sour cream, which I can't buy here in Japan. It holds up about 90 percent of the time. It didn't work so well to make ranch dressing but it was completely perfect on pierogies.

I also just eat it with honey. Mmmmmm.

Or frozen blueberries! Sorry if none of this is trashy, I just eat this stuff so damn much.

This. Although I use it for ranch dressing too. It took a while to get it right, but if you add a little mayo or milk to it, then the dressing mix, it's really good.

I also love greek yogurt mixed with maple syrup.

You can make labne. You can also just use a coffee filter and something to press on it.

Add herbs or garlic or w/e when done.

Every year I go to my local Lebanese festival and think, "I need to learn how to make labne." Then, I forget and go a whole year without it. Bookmarking this recipe now!

What do you need the strainer for, if you are hanging the towel from a faucet?

Cook a potato in the oven with skin on and when it's done, split the potato and throw on a huge amount of shredded cheese. Maybe even put back in the oven for a few minutes to help the cheese melt. When that's done, dollop with greek yoghurt on top of the cheese. Add a shit-tone of chicken salt and YUMMMMMM!
