Well, we had dinner at the best Indian food restaurant i've ever been to last night, and there were a ton of leftovers because their portion sizes are ridiculous.
ANYWAY, tonight I wanted nachos.
I also wanted leftovers.
So I came to a compromise.
Leftover Tandoori chicken and Seekh kabab (is that right? I'm spelling it like the menu and also the google machine say for that particular dish, but firefox is telling me it's wrong. fuck you, firefox.) with colby jack and American cheeses, all atop a mixture of slightly soggy leftover Applebee's tortilla chips and the last crumbled toasted corn Doritos in the bag.
Delicious, and I drank grape powerade with them.
