Any ideas for what to do with half a pan of five-cheese, leftover lasagna?
We made it the other night, from frozen, and determined that it was pretty bland. Simply reheating is not an option.
I personally think that slicing it into little slabs, tossing in some Italian breadcrumbs, and frying is a great idea :D, but my mom isn't sold on that yet. So, any other ideas would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you, everyone! We ended up pan frying slices, then dipping in a tomato-basil + sausage marinara sauce, and I then hit mine with some franks hot sauce. It was great :D
