Mayo + Sriracha + minced or blender'd/food procesor'd up red peppers in a jar (maybe not even necessary)= the best sauce you've ever eaten on ramen noodles.
Don't even bother cooling it the noodles- just lift them out of the broth, dump them in the sauce, stir it, and scarf it.
Drink the ramen broth later, on its own, pretending to be the Salt Vampire from Star Trek.
