Scrounging around for something to eat, I found an Old El Paso soft taco kit and some cans of tuna. I mixed up the tuna with some mayo and some of the seasoning from the kit, then sandwiched it with a couple of handfuls of shredded cheese (I wish I had used more cheese. There's never enough cheese!) in between 2 of the taco shells and fried it up in a pan in a generous amount of butter. When it was done I smothered it in sour cream and the taco sauce from the kit. I was unsure about how the tuna would taste in this particular concoction, but it's pretty yummy, so I thought I'd share.
