Not really -that- cheap but is weird and delicious!
Toast half an english muffin.
Place sharp cheddar cheese on top, broil until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Scoop two tablespoons of cottage cheese on top of that and sprinkle Johnnys Seasoning salt on.
Add bread and butter pickles to top it off.
I know. It sounds totally strange. I haven't met a single person who has liked this besides me. But it has every good element in it! Crunchy, cheesy, salty, dairy!
