So, last night I dissolved apple Jolly Ranchers in vodka. Now I have yummy sour apple flavored vodka, but no idea what to do with it! Anyone have suggestions?

Drinking it is a given. But I feel like I should mix it with something.

How many Jolly Ranchers to how much vodka? I've wanted to do Skittles vodka but it seems like a bit too much work/forethought. One day seems doable.

I would probably do Sprite or maybe fruit punch.

I used around 1 jolly rancher per about 1.5 shots. I'm kind of wishing I had done 1 jolly rancher per one shot now. It actually didn't take all that long to dissolve. It was quite a ways done 3 hours after I put it in - then I had to go to bed, so I don't know how much longer it took.

I've done skittles vodka..er, I mean rum. We had one of those big containers of rum and one big bag of skittles.

After separating the skittles into different colors, we just filled regular water bottles mostly full of rum with all the skittles of one color. That ratio seemed to work out pretty decently.

We also had to use a rubber glove and a coffee strainer and that took foreverrr~ Later we found that the best way to remove the gunk was to just pour in some soda and scoop out whatever floated to the top. Alternatively, you could just strain it with some sort of mesh strainer by this point.

Time-wise, if you skip straining with gloves and whatever and do it with soda, it's pretty quick and you can do in a few hours. Just shake the bottles enough.
