My long weekend - not
Yeah, I pop in here from time to time.
After 3 night shifts last week, I had a fashion show to go to on Thursday night, then Spandau Ballet and Townie drinking on Friday night - so Saturday night was spent at home. I really needed the rest.
We watched the new series of Ashes to Ashes which I think is better than the first 2 series (tho still not a patch on Life on Mars). There's a new Inspector/baddie you love to hate, and a cute episode where Philip Glenister's real life wife has a part as owner of a dating agency. A couple of lines are only funny if you already know this fact :)
Being back at work Sunday and Monday night means I missed the Fetish Ball etc. Any good?
I have a few days off before resuming day shifts, so the usual zombie state will ensue from tomorrow as I adjust to going to bed before 6 or 7am.
This Friday is Steampunk club, and Saturday is Fireballs gig and Ascension. At least, that's the current plan.... What about you guys?
