Trashtastic adventures
I was thinking tonight about the things that I get most excited about - travel, fashion, music, night-crawling and socialising. Yet I often don't post about things (like travel) cos I don't want to come across all "isn't it great? this is my latest adventure" kind of thing. And yet, I like reading blogs where other people are having adventures of one sort or other, even if it does make me envious as hell! Or fashion blogs with their fantastic designer shoes etc..
Anyways...I have yet again booked a quick trip to Tokyo and am very excited about it. I know I could visit twice a year every year and still have so much to learn about it, even if I just stuck to my fave places like Shinjuku and Shimokitazawa.
The next trip was inspired by the discovery that Tokyo Decadance was on October 24/5, and then that Midnight Mess was on as well. Then the discovery that I'd only have to swap one shift to get over there again, and that the airfare was only $927. Ash's recent trip had me strolling down Memory Lane (Or Piss Alley, as the case may be).
So there it is, I'm booked to go again, and this time I'm gonna take lots of pics and post them, and write about the things that excite me over there, and hope it's interesting to a few others as well. And now to get back to those other blogs that make me drool...
