I am sorely disappointed that Jane's Addiction have cancelled their tour (for an ELBOW INFECTION??!!) But at least the Specials are playing on the 28th.
Getting excited about our UK trip now it's under a month away. I even had a look at the Topshop website tonight, and ordered a few things. You can never have too many things with stripes on them, or skulls :)
I've been doing quite a few overtime shifts and am on the first of 2 weekends working nights, so no partying for me - but my liver gets a rest!
I was considering heading off to Japan on 3rd August but think I'll give it a miss. This means I won't get there again til next year now, but let's face it, I'm off to the UK and Malaysia before the year is out. And Dom may get sent to Mumbai to set up a new office for his work later this year, so I may be able to squeeze in 5 days to visit him if so.
Had a lovely short session at the Bank this afternoon (before work) with some old friends - one I've known for 24 years, and some others around 20. It's great when you can just pick up where you left off, even if it was a few months, or years, ago. Likewise had a lovely time last Friday night at the Townie with April, Nicole and Joel.
Back to work now. Just over an hour and a half to go!
