Ah Thng and I attended our first Pole-icious class today, which incorporates Pole Dancing techniques with basic dance moves. For someone like me who can only do the "running man" at best, it was really daunting to join the class. But guess what, it was actually TONNES of fun and although I'm usually damn "chor lor" I've learnt what grace is all about and correct my ah lian posture! Not to mention that you get a more toned butt, legs, arms and abs!
Looking forward to the next session, but meanwhile I need to recover from them pole burns!
