Other personal rules:
1)I don't do pop/rap icons. Nor do I do icons of any heiresses. My exceptions are: Nicole (Sp?) Richie, Christina Aguliera, Avril Lavige, Pink. Thats all.
2) I'm best at doing sad and/or disturbing icons. Happy ones are hard for me. So yeah.
3) Don't be a bitch, I won't do your icon if you harrass me/ or my friends.
