Alma is growing so fast, I can't believe it! She's now about six weeks old.
In this picture she's just a couple of days old, saying hi to Beelzebub the dog.

Poor Alice has gotten laminitis, a disease that causes inflammation of the hooves. It's usually caused by overweight so that means no more grass for Alice this Summer. It really sucks because we were planning on keeping them out 24/7 in a huge pasture with lots of other horses. It would have been great for Alma. But that's not going to happen now. Hopefully they can go with another sick horse and her foal. I just hope that Alice will be okay. She got sick on Wednesday and is much better already, but it's a horrible disease so of course I'm worried.
