» Noah/West. Um. Okay. I feel dirty admitting this, but I started ’shipping Noah/West in a really weird and fucked up way not too long ago, and the FLYING SCENE DID NOT HELP. *dies* Oh gosh, is it totally dirty and wrong of me to want to rewatch that flying scene over and over? It was hot. Someone needs to make an icon that says "My fandom makes flying kinky." Becuase, seriously, it does! West all close and tight LIKE THIS with Noah = not helping. Like Peter and Nathan last week. Also Peter and Adam in their eventual escape.
Main issue: does Hiro just not hug anyone this season? Did his time in Japan really change him that much or what? I do not approve of this trend! I was wondering about that, too. You would think in the last time he'll ever see his father, he would hug him. After all, he did last season when he was all squee and 'yay no more office work! =D'. I mean, they intentionally paused at that moment and I was so expecting something to happen. But, yet, the way I saw it, Hiro was maturing. Hence the bowing (wait, did he bow before walking off? I can't remember).
But, yes, even so, there episodes were just made of so much awesome. Not in the awesome=squee way, but awesome as in 'damn, rip my heart out whydontcha?'
(Damn I miss the edit feature >.>)
More about the slashtasticness. It's so weird, because unless Noah is being all flirty with Matt, Ted, Mohinder, or hell even Sylar, I can't see him as a sexual person. Or at least would find pr0n with him awkward. But, slash? Well, bring it on! Yet I support his marriage 110%. ...This fandom makes me all sorts of confuzzled.
But next week? Will be all freakin' kinds of greatness. Like twenty flavors of greatness. Which is unbeatable. I hope the twins don't ruin what will otherwise be the greatest fanon moment ever.
Oh gosh, is it totally dirty and wrong of me to want to rewatch that flying scene over and over? Are you kidding? That's my most re-watched scene of the episode! I can't stop looking at how Noah's hands are gripped around West, or how he basically straddles him. tinheart keeps showing me caps that make me babble like a silly idiot. I've already been bitten by a Noah/West bunny, too. What did this episode do to me? Jesus Christ!
"My fandom makes flying kinky." Heee, yes! It's funny because it's true.
You would think in the last time he'll ever see his father, he would hug him. You really would. I suppose I can see the maturation angle, the more somber Hiro they're going for this season post-time traveling, but it was sad that they didn't hug. They bowed to each, so, yeah, he did bow before walking off.
But, slash? Well, bring it on! Yet I support his marriage 110% I know, right? It makes no sense! I love him and Sandra, but I slash him just about every guy in sight, and I also totally 'ship Sandra/Haitian. But I could see the two of them having an understanding relationship, though, where they both know what's going on and it doesn't change the fact that they love each other.
But next week? Will be all freakin' kinds of greatness. I'm excited for it. Even if the plot is lame like this week there'll still be enough subtext to make my fangirl heart happy. ♥
