nail polish and other musings
Nail polish is the one thing that keeps me from biting my nails. Why is that? It's only the stupidest habit ever.
And the only reason I started (when I was about 10 or 11) was because I read that Hermione from Harry Potter did it---IN A FANFICTION.
It's retarded.
So I finally decided to get into the whole lj thing. I had originally just done it for capslock_zutara, but I just think it'd be nice to have somewhere other than deviantart to rant and whatnot. dA is not really the place for stuff like that, although I've used it like that for years. Oh well.
I went to the doctor today. Way fun. I got FOUR (read it, FOUR!) shots, two on each arm. It hurts and my arms are all cramped up. But, lol, my flu shot apparently does nothing for me. But I got it for the greater good! It's supposed to make old people and little kids less suseptible to the flu, so it's all good. I'll take the pain for them. But I got flu, menengitis, HPV and chicken pox 2. =(
I have a new musical obsession, which is slightly unfortunate....Taylor Swift. My friend Megan got me a little hooked. I actually don't mind country music if it's not really stupid and "nyuhhh...you left meeeeeeee....and that suuuucks...but I'm a redneck womaaaaan and yadahahaha." And Taylor Swift is a cutie. With an ACTUALLY GOOD voice. Unlike lots of yucky Disney stars. So it's all good.
My mom keeps saying that I'm really negative, which I am, but SCHOOL SUCKS. I hate it a lot right now. But off of that, because there will be quite a few journals about that on here. They'll go a little like
"SCHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL
