another day in paradise
Well, back in Alfred. I hate being alone in the suite and I know I'll miss some things about home, but hopefully being busy once classes start will occupy me enough. Leaving is never easy, not because I'm "homesick" in the traditional sense, but I will miss a few select people and a few things. Like... Cyle, Lauren, and my bed. I slept terribly yesterday night after coming back to school... waking up every hour is not a good way to start your semester. Classes start Tuesday so hopefully I'll be prepared by then. Waiting on some books and procrastinating on unpacking.
I hope this will be a good semester. Anything's gotta be better than last semester, but there's still things that have me aching for home. Even with my friends here, Alfred is lonely without him.
