1. If your boyfriend/girlfriend cheated on you, what would your reaction be?
disappointment. and depending on the situation I'd be heartbroken. I'd break up with them regardless because I would never do that to someone. If I wanted to see someone else I'd end it with whoever I was currently with.
2. What will you do if you do not share the same feelings as the person who likes you?
Wow this hasn't happened in a while. I'd be flattered and still be friendly, but very cautious of the signals I was sending... making sure the FRIEND label is clear.
3. What is your favorite movie and why?
Ever? Well, there's at least 10. That's so hard to pick. Recently, either Juno or Atonement, because I'm thinking about them now.
4. Are you confused as to what lies ahead of you?
Most definitely. But, I'm optimistic. I think that I'd find a place that I was satisfied... or I hope. I want to have an influence on people regardless.
5. What's your ideal boyfriend/girlfriend like?
Intelligent- but not arrogant about it. Creative- surprises me, but doesn't intimidate me. Funny- can make me laugh, but knows when to be serious. I laugh a lot. Caring- understands priorities and wouldn't do anything to keep me from my goals, as I would never do that to them. Similar taste in a few things would be helpful, but not necessary... regardless they'd have to be open minded and accepting of differences. Someone who is mature, but doesn't take themself too seriously. God, I'm going to die alone.
6. What's your favourite band/music artist? Is there anything about them that makes them truly special to you?
Beatles songs make me swoon, I've liked the Goo Goo dolls for a long time (hometown boysss) and Brand New, depending on which album can pretty much capture whatever I'm feeling. Bon Jovi and Bruce Springsteen always have a place in my heart- my mom's influences... but Springsteen is so heartfelt and gritty that sometimes I need to listen to something that isn't whiny.
7. If the person you like does not accept you, would you continue to wait for them to change their feelings?
I've done that before and it's not worth it. It's one thing if you're in a relationship and you each make sacrifices for the betterment of your situation, but you can't CHANGE who someone is and you shouldn't alter who you truly are to suit someone else's expectations. I think I wouldn't completely write it off, but I wouldn't let it suck the life out of me, like too many girls I know.
8. If the person you secretly like is already attached, what would you do?
swallow my feelings forever. I can't ruin what someone else has no matter how much I want it to change.
9. Is there anything that has made you unhappy recently?
the pseudo-care of my father sometimes, missing my friends, and trying to figure out what/who I am all about. But, I wouldn't call it unhappy. More challenging. I've been extremely happy- I love my life at the moment.

Allison's weird throat noise she makes when she sleeps, and any noise my dog happens to make.

I feel like I've never had the chance to prove what I would give in a relationship. But yes, if my heart was in the right place, I'd give it my all. The problem comes if the other person can't or won't give their all.

I know they are, and I wouldn't change it for the world. Being an art major, especially now in Alfred, I can really appreciate the things around me.

I think about the people I miss, sometimes I think of the past, sometimes I think about the future or things I wholeheartedly hope will happen for me or the people I care about. Or sometimes I think about a tv show or movie haha.
