[ooc: Trap Ninja Alert]
Susumu is a ninja by night and information gatherer by day. (How he sleeps, idk) This means he often will wear disguises and such to go out and find out the happenings of his surroundings and makes reports for his superiors (i.e. Hijikata). And what better way to mingle than as a trap, am I right? Enter Oisei, who's occupation back home is a hairdresser and is pretty, in the way that turns heads, makes girls jealous and guys blush on sight. Susu makes a good copy of his sister trap, so I'm playing by the assumption that the vast majority of camp will not recognize him as a male- nor as his own self. HOWEVER-If you have characters who get pinged by cross-dressers, can sniff out traps canonly or whatnot, feel free to confront him for who he is. I just ask that you let me know OOCly first \o/.
To give you an idea of his comparison of girliness- if your character thought Okita was a girl, they probably will completely believe Susu's other self is a girl as well. After all, his job and life depend on him convincing you he's a cute harmless girl you can spill your secrets to. ♥
