Sep 15, 2009 15:17

Dear Seattle Friends,

After two years of sold out shows, we've added twice as many shows this year, and need you to come support us! It's a super fun evening of dark, crazy circus antics Cabiri style... and delicious sweet treats for all. Does it get any better? Oh, and yes there will also be booze.

Get your tickets, friends! Come on out and show us you love us!

All Hallows' Eve looms in the shadows, and The Anunnaki Project invites you to explore your dark side at our third annual October production The Ghost Game: Dead Gods, an evening of deadly dessert theater where even the divine shall perish and YOU are the storyteller. Tickets are selling quickly via Brown Paper Tickets. Get yours before they're all gone!

Inspired by hyaku monogatari, an ancient Japanese parlour game in which guests take turns sharing bone-chilling ghost tales, this elegant evening features tales of dying gods from ancient mythology, spectacular aerial and acrobatic feats by The Cabiri, and scandalously delicious, locally-made desserts.

The Ghost Game: Dead Gods will be presented the evenings of October 16, 17, 23, and 24, 2009 in the intimate theater at Youngstown Cultural Arts Center in West Seattle. Tickets range in price from $30-$35, which includes dessert. There will also be a no-host bar for guests of suitable age.

Dessert the weekend of October 16-17 will be provided by West Seattle's Sugar Rush Baking Company (gourmet cupcakes). The weekend of October 23-24 will be delectable cheesecake by The Confectional. Delectable non-dairy fruit sorbet will be offered as an alternative for our vegan and/or dairy-hating guests.

The Ghost Game: Dead Gods is suitable for mature audience members only (teens and adults).
