Hey folks, hope you're all doing well :)
I've had a brief squiz at the venue and I thought I'd impart some knowledge.
We are NOT on the ground floor, HOWEVER, there IS lift access. There's about four steps to get to the main entrance, but other than that, I'm assuming it's pretty wheelchair friendly. If anyone is in a wheelchair, do let me know beforehand and I'll organize hands and transport if necessary to help you attend.
There is a security door! I wasn't previously aware of this, so this is news to me as well. All this means is that you'll have to press the buzzer to be let in through the main entrance, then knock again when you get to the apartment itself. Easy stuff.
There won't be any flashing lights at TransReSext, in case anyone is sensitive to them - I'm also going to keep music at a low level so as not to create too much trouble for folks to hear. If there's any other accessibility issues that affects you or someone you know is coming, please let me know.
In case anyone is curious, numbers just hit 30 today. So it's going to be a good party, I reckon!
And of course, physical tickets stop going out this weekend! So book your tickets now if you can. I'll still be taking bookings right up until the day, but tickets are more fun, and they mean you get a souvenir, right? ;)
