I'm Josh, 21 year old FtM from the UK, I've been on T since December 2007 and I'm now thinking about starting a family. I've wanted to have a child since I was 16 (young age I know) but now I have gotten to the point in my life where I'd like to persue that. I have a friend who is willing to donate me sperm for myself to concieve.
I was wanting some advice on how to go about the process etc.
