1875 - Carl Jung
Founder of analytical psychology. Jung was all about the unconscious things that guide us, like intuition and dreams.

1894 - Aldous Huxley
It is an interesting coincidence that Jung and Huxley were born on the same day. English writer, he wrote many things including "Brave New World" and "The Doors of Perception" - which is where Jim Morrison got the name "The Doors" from. Huxley was an advocate of taking hallucinogens.

1956 - Dorothy Hamill
This Champion Olympic figure skater somehow had a huge influence on women's hair styles in the mid-70's. I will always associate Dorothy Hamill with one of my ex's who used to lament that all the truck stops had been ruined by "queens in their pennyloafers and Dorthy Hamill haircuts".
