So, worth continuing? @_@. Need you ask that? Of course it's worth continuing! :)
Your characterization is wonderfully spot-on for all of them--even Sasuke, who's featured only a little so far. Naruto's personality is an awesome blend of irreverence and grumbling and humor and just--yes, it's lovely. :)
So far, Naruto considered him to be an asshole with a stick shoved up in his rear. Or, this was the result of not getting laid it enough. *snort* Loved this. :D
“You're still doing it,” the good-looking, fuckwit remarked, his voice exasperated.I think there is an extra comma in the sentence there (and there are a few typos scattered throughout the fic), but considering your RL circumstances, it is nothing to worry about. :) Anyway, what I wanted to comment on--what stood out to me about this particular sentence was just how perfectly it captures Naruto. The juxtaposition of "good-looking" and "fuckwit" is so unexpected--and at the same time, I think, "Oh, only Naruto!" Praise in one word and insult in the next, and it describes
( ... )
I'm honestly relieved that you think I got their personalities down. That's something that has worried me recently -- being OOC.
I'll fix the extra comma (which once again I totally missed) and the other things, if I find them. I'm glad you liked that description of Sasuke...and thought that the line fitted Naruto.
I really like writing Sakura-Naruto, be it romantic or not. I think they're wonderfully in synch with each other and hoped to capture this here.
I don't get it either. There are different kinds of love, but it doesn't mean that a certain kind of love is better than the other.
Anyway, I like your story and I hope you are going to continue it.
What made me think: Naruto behaves towards that stranger (whom we all know of course) in exactly the way he hates when he is on the other side.
I just thought about your experiences with trains, because actually I like going by train, but that is probably because I like reading and thus normally I can avoid having to talk to strangers.
Because I should devote all of my time to studying (but, somehow, I can't stop being obsessed with Naruto and the fandom). Well, I still think I can manage. Hopefully.
I like going by train as well, but also know how uncomfortable it can be at times. I also avoid talking to strangers by reading.
