I posted this to Philly specific communities but thought I'd ask here too: TTC?
Hey I have a friend who lives in a rural area and had a botched surgery there which led to her developing a vaginal/rectal fistula...she is thinking about traveling to Philly and seeing one of the plastic surgeons at the Transgender Center in hopes of getting it repaired.
What have folks heard about this particular place..good...bad...whatever. Any input would be really helpful. I think she is most concerned about technical skill, since this seemed to be the piece that was missing during the first surgery. Ulgh....Thanks!
