...This journal layout is atrocious.

It looks like a placeholder theme because she was in too much of a rush to put real thought into making it look decent.

I'm changing it. I can't allow this repulsive display of laziness, especially if I'm to remain here.

The former layout was already efficient. You are wasting your time.

With all due respect, Taichou, efficiency doesn't necessarily amount to quality. Better appearance often leads to better performance. [WOULD TTLY KNOW~~

A frivolous and unnecessary concern, but so long as it does not interfere with your regular duties [if they even have those in the 11th Division--they mostly just pick fights and cause trouble so far as she's seen], do as you like.
