My intentions are to under go a full post op to include a vaginoplasty. Because of that I wasn't intending to get an Orchiectomy. I've learned as many pry have that with an Orchiectomy it's easier on your liver without the need for spiro, easier for estrogen to work, and costs a whole lot cheaper in the mean time.
However one charge is that undergoing an Orchiectomy will take up valuable tissue that maybe necessary for depth for a vaginoplasty.
Has anyone undergone a vaginoplasty after an Orchiectomy, was this a concern, are there any exceptions, is there a way around it? I would love to get the Orchi done but not if it devalues the results for a later vaginoplasty.
