After reading through court case, the IRS rules, and doing my taxes this year, my heads spinning. It is wonderful where making great strides toward total acceptance under federal law as a legitimate condition. Am I going to take advantage of the tax deduction? Well I don't bother itemizing so pry not until I do major surgery.
