text message for gender neutral bathroom info

I'm excited to announce that Safe2Pee, a US and Canadian gender neutral bathroom directory has just launched the BETA of a much requested bathroom by text message feature. This way you can get the info on where to go when you're on the go by SMS or email... :) In other news, we're 839 bathrooms strong, so thanks to all who have contributed.
The texting service is still in early beta and very limited, but we hope to expand shortly --- we're thinking in the vein of allowing folks to specify the type of information they're looking for -- only accessible bathrooms, only places where you don't have to buy something, and proximity to their current location.
You can try it out by sending a text message (or email) to local at safe2pee dot org. That the email address will also shorten very soon :). We currently support cities in US and Canada and look up by US zip code. The syntax is very simple and is as follows:
cty [city name],[state abbrev]
zip [5 digit postal code]
Examples:
cty portland,or
cty vancouver, bc
zip 94114
Please give this feature a try, we'd love to hear feedback and new ideas. There is no cost to you on our end (though cell phone providers may charge you for texting). As another mobile option we offer a text version of each city's listings (on the site) which can be downloaded to many MP3 players! Enjoy.
