I'm in Lima, Ohio. I go to Meral Crane, who has a tremendous amount of experience in dealing with GID. There are folks that come from all over the state just to see her, and there is good reason. She's fantastic, and really worth the drive. The level of support, care, and understanding is unparalleled. There are a number of psychologists who "claim" to know about gender issues (including my soon to be ex), but who really don't have a clue. That's really quite dangerous. GID is not to be trifled with. My advise: Go to the best. The above link will get you there. Good luck.. and maybe we'll see you in group some time!!!
