I really like this television interview. I loved My Husband Betty. I must say I'm really touched by Betty's sacrfices to preserve her marriage and Helen's upen-mindedness and understanding to deal with her husband being trans.*

They are both (Helen and Betty) so beautiful and brave and real on that show, it is awesome! I found it inspiring.

I was impressed that Dr. Whatsisname, the host, talked about Betty "living her truth." There was an understanding that there are gray areas, that everyone is different; there was a tone of tolerance and honoring your true self. Pretty cool. I hope H&B are happy with how it turned out.
