Jared doesn't know what to make of this experience. Part of him thinks he's really, royally fucked up, but part of him wishes he could get to know Dr. Ackles outside of the exam room -- which he realizes is completely insane and implausible.
But, still, if sometimes when he jerks off now, he uses his fingers inside his ass and imagines green eyes and sure hands and a crisp, white labcoat, well, like Dr. Ackles told him, there's no such thing as thought-police.

Ahahaaa! Well, you completely deserve the praise, and, truly, I so don't deserve any nerves directed my way!
Most of the time when I see this scenario written, it's done in a dub-con style of the doctor taking advantage of the patient's vulnerability. And while I do enjoy that kink/approach, I love that you went in this unique (to me) direction and made it all one-sided on Jared's part (at least the getting-off) and had Dr. Ackles remain professional and reassuringly impersonal (although I also like how you hint at his *ahem* response to the situation). What a neat take on the prompt. THANK YOU!
