I could also have titled this blog post as: "Reasons why Calli and I should not be allowed to go shopping together unsupervised".
And that’s why you should learn to pick your battles. Hilaaaaarrious blog post, in which Calli and I can absolutely imagine having a similar conversation that these women have! (We practised earlier tonight). Incidentally we also believe that no matter which spouse we visited the giant metal chicken upon (and between us there are several options), we'd be met with a similar response.
Also clearly when my friendships grow up to 15yrs old, they deserve some kind of 5ft giant metal chicken. That's love, right?
In light of such a wonderful post, which really did make me laugh out loud and practice the lines of the conversation with Calli, I thought I'd mention a couple of other very cool things that I love about our friendship:
* We can have whole conversations in Looks.
* Sometimes we can finish the others' sentences,
* - sometimes there aren't many words to begin those sentences. (Chesh thinks it's freaky when we do this).
* We both love playing cards, both love winning cards and both love being competitive with each other at cards, we're also both good at playing cards.
* We both love cooking for one another, testing cooking stuff out on one another and we have a pretty good system of sharing the kitchen (I'm not very good at this with other people).
* She usually knows just the right thing to say whatever mood I'm in, and good or bad - it's always okay.
