My Perfect Day, by mynxii, aged 29.
I had a perfect day today. I woke naturally, then dozed for another hour - and it was atill only 9:30am.
K woke about the same time, as did Cam and we made a pact to do housework with coffee and then have breakfast.
We blitzed the house in tidying, putting things away and decluttering - so unbelievably awesome and something I've been wanting to have happen for AGES! Results are *amazing*!
We then went grocery shopping, I got overwhelmed by the supermarket being all confusing at me *boggle* but we organised that we'd have atlantic salmon for dinner and that K would cook.
Home and there was cooking - I made a perfect potato bake and veggies to match K's fish he did with crispy skin and a dill and lime cream sauce.
We're about to sit down and watch 'Oceans 11' and then possibly 'Ever After'.
The day has been just *perfect*. We haven't all three of us gotten to just spend the day together in forever and it was very welcome for all of us. I think there will be more of this in the future :)
I am feeling loved and full and happy :) On to movies!
