Awesme Wasteland II Panels need Panellists:

Like this one:

Same Story, New Medium:

In the past, continuations of TV shows and movie franchises in a different medium were frequently deemed as unofficial spinoffs, often shunned by the original creators. However, now we're seeing many more being officially stamped as canon. What does it mean for the quality and legacy of the products in question, and the fans who follow them? Which ones work, and are there any we'd especially like to see?

Hmmm I wonder if I have any television fans on my flist? SG1/SGA? BtVS/Angel? etc....

Or.... I'm sure I remember people waxing happily about Girl Genius:

Agatha Hetrodyne - Girl Genius:

A loving look at the definitive Gaslight Fantasy comic - The Foglios masterpiece. Looking at where the story goes, It's transformation from dead tree to webcomic (and back), and what the hell is going on???

There are a number of program items in need of some interested panellists - and for those of you who have always wondered about being a panellist but have felt a bit out of your league, small cons like this are such a friendly and supportive environment to find your feet - it's very informal and the emphasis is on everyone having fun.

The site for the convention is here:

and the program:

If you're unsure or want to chat to me about being a panellist I am all ears and will provide faith at will! :)
