Patak's Meal in a box.
These little kits ROCK. Seriously.
They have Tandoori, Korma and Butter chicken available.
Each box contains:
* a portion of saffron rice - complete with real saffron.
* the simmer sauce
* a packet of mini pappodums
You only need to add chicken. Follow the directions as they're given on the box (this is actually one of the only ones I haven't had to adjust considerably). It takes half an hour tops.
It tastes good. Odd's are if you've been to a really good Indian restaurant you will have had better - but as far as takeaway and other simmer sauces and such are concerned. This little thing takes the cake.
