(no subject)
Today is a good day to start using lj again. And that is because I got some really good news in my inbox this morning :)
A few months ago I applied for a spot in a Masters Program in Sweden and today I received an email informing me I was accepted in the University of Gothenburg. I've been happy all day! Finally something going right for me.
In other news, I didn't do much today, just cleaned and cooked and also baked ginger biscuits. After everything was taken care of I took the dog for a walk and we met this strange little man with his mean little dog and he was trying to be nice to me, kept asking things and we chatted for a while. I told him I was unemployed and I guess he felt sorry for me, he kept talking about that, i don't know... And then just as we were about to enter our apartment building, we met the first floor neighbors, a girl and her boyfriend. Pepe has separation anxiety and he barks horrendously while we are away. They said that they don't mind the barking as much as the scratching ( he scratches the door and cries like mad). My brother and I are trying to train him so that he'll feel comfortable being alone while we're away. Without much success unfortunately.
