Heseltine always was an evil little sod, A true tory feeding off the less fortunate for personal gain, (please can we raise his taxes so that he will leave the country?), I hope the excitement of the destruction cuts on the 20th give him a heart attack.
Not a nice thing to say but considering the suffering and wholesale destruction he and his lot did to so many throughout the 80's and it's continuing legacy through to today, I think it's quite generous.
