OHO! Well, guys, looks like it's time for another mod announcement!
First off, welcome to the new player, and the new characters. Thanks for choosing to join the game. We're really glad you're here and hope we can get things moving along soon. (Maybe in the next week or so)
Secondly, a bit of a community update, we will now be having game chatrooms. What are these for? In all reality, it's a bit hard to keep a game going when the players don't really talk to each other. So, this is a welcome for anyone to join in and talk!
transooc -- An out of character chat for general discussion
transcommons -- Any areas around portals, be it a specific world, or anything you guys decide.
diacorps -- The DiaCorps building, or for anyone actually working for them.
That's just a general overview of what they'll be. More details can be found here.
Thirdly, it's almost time for an event day! And, surprisingly enough, NOT for Valentine's Day. This event day will be taking place next Monday, February 19. It's a cheap idea, but this event day will be affecting the portals.
DiaCorps is still trying to fix the computer. Sadly, this time, their experiments will effect the teleporters. No matter where you tell the machine to transport you, you will not go there. Your character can be put anywhere but the place they wanted to go. They can try as many times as they like!
NOTE: THIS IS NOT MANDATORY. How can your characters avoid this? Have them stay where they are. Take trains, or buses, or taxis. That's the easiest ways to avoid it.
DiaCorps will, again, be making an apology to the citizens after the first day of the mishap. This Event will end at midnight, Tuesday February 20 central time.
ALSO! I know some people are on hiatus, and others are still trying to get through tests, but come on D: We have a good number of core characters now! Let's get everything going! Or Vash will spam your characters' journals
