this community has been rather... asleep... for a while. i figured i'd kick it and put something out there for y'all. i asked this in the fibromyalgia community and got a great response from bailyjordan, but wanted to put it out there for you guys ( Read more... )

I'm not on T because I have Graves' disease(hyperthyroid). Until my thyroid is better I can't take it. but I know a guy that has fibro and has been on T for about 5 years. He says it increased his energy and made the symptoms easier to deal with.

thanks. i have 40-50% of being cured after 12-18 months of treatment. otherwise surgery or radiation. i think this was trigger by having fibro for 4 years.

You didn't tell me about this community, I found out from Bailey over this past weekend at TFFC....

seriously, I find it interesting that estrogen has actually for the most part caused minor improvement in my fibro symptoms... its not drastic, but it does make a slight difference, and whenever I go off, I get a massive flare.....
