My morning's web browsing brought me, via a roundabout route, to this page (probably NSFW) on a sex shop's website, where they seem to be all about fleecing closeted trans women, and MTF cross dressers for snake oil products.

Huh that sucks about the breast surgeons. I was always told never go to a trans specialist to get breast augmentation, because they would just gouge you and do it wrong.

Trach and orchi are also horribly marked up with trans-specialized surgeons (even butcher Reed asks 2.500 for an orchi).

Ironically, my electro was the exception: she tended to be flexible on times, and about the cheapest electro in the city, and so had a bunch of trans women as clients.
