+ 1 container soy yogurt (I opted for raspberry)
+ about 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (to give it a smooth texture and omega-3s - a coffee grinder will work perfectly for this, about 8 pulses)
+ about 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy protein mix
+ 4-6 slices frozen peaches
+ half a very overripe banana
+ handful of strawberries (about 6-7)
+ 1inch thick slice of fresh pineapple, cut into pieces
+ 1/4 cup vanilla ice cream (I used the soy delicious brand)
