I've been going on a smoothie binge lately, and this was today's:
+ 1 container soy yogurt (I opted for strawberry)
+ about 2 tablespoons ground flax seeds (to give it a smooth texture and omega-3s - a coffee grinder will work perfectly for this)
+ about 1 1/2 tablespoons of soy protein mix (optional, but this also adds thickness)
+ 4-6 slices frozen peaches (frozen fruit gives it some thickness)
+ half a very overripe banana
+ 1inch thick slice of fresh pineapple
+ 1/4 cup rice milk
= THE HEIGHT OF DELICIOUSNESS
